The treasury. The operator wallet has full and immediate custody of the treasury contract and may withdraw all ETH, and any token held by the contract, at any time. What the contract guarantees is transparency — every movement of funds is a public on-chain event and the source code is verified on the block explorer — not custody restrictions.
The shares. Purchases are executed off-chain by the operator through a licensed broker and recorded on-chain afterwards. The truth of each attestation depends on the operator's honest reporting; the contract cannot verify a brokerage trade. Shares are held by the operator's legal entity. Holding $LNKS confers no ownership of, and no claim on, those shares, the treasury, or the target company.
The target. This project is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised by the issuer of NASDAQ: LNKS or any of its affiliates. The issuer has a dual-class share structure; the Class A shares available on the open market cannot deliver voting control. Ownership percentages are computed against the publicly disclosed Class A share count; SEC filings govern.
The data. Every on-chain figure on this site is read directly from the contract on Robinhood Chain (chainId 4663) and may lag the network. Stock price, market capitalisation and exchange rates are reference values posted by the operator, for estimation only, and may differ from the live market.
The token. $LNKS is a memecoin and may go to zero. Do not participate from any jurisdiction where holding or trading it would violate local law. By using this site you confirm you have read and understood the above.
