04 / METHOD
From a trading tax to a broker receipt
The whole circuit is five steps. Four leave marks on-chain; the single off-chain step must be backed by an attestation. This page explains how the mechanism works and how to verify it yourself.
- STEP 01
Tax
Every $LNKS trade pays a fixed-rate trading tax that flows straight into the treasury contract. The contract records the source address and amount with a FeeReceived event.
FeeReceived(address from, uint256 amountWei)
- STEP 02
Accrue
The tax sits in the contract as ETH. Anyone can read address(this).balance and totalFeesReceivedWei at any moment and check that they reconcile.
totalFeesReceivedWei() · balance
- STEP 03
Withdraw
Once an executable purchase size is reached, the operator withdraws from the treasury toward the brokerage funding path. The amount, destination and stated purpose all land on-chain.
WithdrawalExecuted(uint256 id, uint256 amountWei, address to, string purpose)
- STEP 04
Buy
Once the funds reach the brokerage, Class A ordinary shares of NASDAQ: LNKS are bought on the open market. This step happens off-chain — which is why the next step must supply the evidence.

- STEP 05
Attest
After settlement, the broker receipt hash, share count, average price and ETH consumed are recorded on-chain. A withdrawal not attested within 14 days turns red on this site until the evidence lands.

Paste this into any browser console or Node REPL with ethers installed. It asks the chain the same question this site asks.

There is a time gap between a withdrawal landing on-chain and the broker trade settling: the money has left the contract but the receipt does not exist yet. During that window the withdrawn amount counts as unreconciled. If the number stays above zero for long, some withdrawal is missing its evidence — and this site keeps it red.
Partly. ETH and LNKS quotes come from public market feeds when available and fall back to reference rates the operator posts on-chain. They exist to give a sense of scale, not to serve as tradable quotations. The share counts, ETH amounts and hashes are the on-chain facts.
When ownership of a listed company's voting securities crosses 5%, the holder is obligated to file a Schedule 13D with the SEC. The ladder on this site marks that notch in copper. Actual filings govern.
Yes — and you should. The contract address and network are in the footer, every getter is public, and the event log is complete. This site does no processing; it typesets what the chain says.
Everything, immediately. This is an experimental project and the contract says so in its source: the operator has full and instant custody — withdraw moves ETH anywhere with no delay. What the contract guarantees is that nothing can happen quietly: every movement is a public, permanent on-chain event, and this site will show it within a poll cycle.
